Flotilla Missions
The Reno flotilla, a volunteer organization supported by the US Coast Guard serves the public by implementing a variety of missions for members of the boating community and meeting the requirements of the Coast Guard.
Included in the missions of flotillas are Operational missions such as Patrols and Search and Rescue that result in saving lives and property. Through our missions, we also promote the safe and efficient operation of vessels upon navigable waters, foster a wide knowledge of and better compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations governing marine operations, and other operations of the United States Coast Guard.
